Bajaj FinanceBajaj Finance has approved a fund raise of up to Rs 17,500 crore, which includes Rs 11,700 crore through QIP and Rs 5,800 crore through preferential warrants, providing additional growth capital and strengthening its capital base to support continued balance-sheet expansion.
Bajaj Finance delivered strong Q2FY27 growth, with customer franchise up 16.5% YoY to 128.9 million, AUM up 26.5% YoY to Rs 5.85 lakh crore, and new loans book increasing 11% YoY, despite festive-season timing impact on new loan bookings.Earnings growth is expected to remain strong, with Bajaj Finance estimated to deliver approximately 20% earnings CAGR over the next two years, supported by sustained loan growth, expanding customer franchise and continued scale benefits.Molbio DiagnosticsMolbio’s proprietary Truenat platform is the key growth engine, offering portable, battery operated molecular testing with around 60-minute turnaround and minimal infrastructure. Its expanding installed base, assay menu and global reach position it well for decentralized point-of-care diagnostics. With 12,500+ Truenat devices across 90+ countries and 43 assays covering 30 diseases, Molbio has significant growth potential in the expanding point-of-care infectious-disease market.
Diversification beyond TB, international adoption and new assays should support sustained growth. Expansion into digital pathology and advanced imaging through Prognosys/OptraSCAN broadens Molbio’s addressable market. We estimate 23% revenue CAGR and 50% PAT CAGR over FY26-29, driven by higher test-kit sales, diversification and operating leverage.(Disclaimer: Recommendations and views on the stock market, or any other asset classes or personal finance management tips given by experts and analysts are their own.
