As if the Eagles haven’t had big enough issues keeping their players healthy, things got measurably worse for the group near the end of Week 6’s game against the Panthers.
At the top of the fourth quarter, DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks were both injured, but Smith was able to return. Shortly after that, Braden Mann had a blocked punt and was injured during the play. And then on the next defensive play, Jordan Davis went down and had to be helped off the field, and eventually helped to the locker room. Davis was pretty quickly ruled out with an ankle injury.

At this point, it’s almost easier to list players who weren’t injured in Sunday’s game, but alas, here are the guys who were sidelined in some part or seen gimpy after a play.
- Carson Steele – OUT (shoulder)
- Nolan Smith – OUT (concussion)
- Moro Ojomo – seen limping, kept playing
- Cooper DeJean – gimpy, kept playing
- Britain Covey – shoulder evaluated, kept playing
- Jonathan Greenard – gimpy/evaluated
- Makai Lemon – medical tent visit
- DeVonta Smith – injured, but returned
- Dontayvion Wicks – injured, didn’t return
- Braden Mann – medical tent visit
- Jordan Davis – left for locker room
