Dataline, a startup building a decentralized data network for AI agents, has raised $10.6 million. The round was disclosed on October 21, 2026.
The company also plans a public token sale through Uniswap’s auction platform. Details are expected next week.
What Dataline actually does
Dataline operates as a two-sided network. On one side are data providers, which contribute data feeds and fulfill custom requests from agents. On the other are AI agents that receive outputs that are schema-normalized and come with confidence scores attached.
The company says its network has processed 19.4 million on-chain transactions so far. It also reports a 96.4% success rate for agent tasks.
Dataline says the new capital will mainly go toward expanding its infrastructure. That infrastructure already supports a range of trading venues and blockchains.
On the chain side, the platform runs on BNB Chain, Sui and TON. On the venue side, it integrates with Hyperliquid, the perpetual futures exchange, and Polymarket, the prediction market platform.
From Tearline to Dataline, and the DLINE token
The company was not always called Dataline. It operated as Tearline until May 12, 2026, when it rebranded.
Dataline counts Google for Startups Cloud and BNB Chain among its backers.
Central to the plan is a proposed token called DLINE. It is not yet live on the market.
According to the company, DLINE will serve as the economic engine of the network. It will be used for access, staking, rewards and slashing.
The token will have a total supply of 1 billion. The proposed allocation breaks down as follows:
- 33% for community rewards
- 30% for the ecosystem and foundation
- 13% for the launchpad and liquidity
- 12% for the team
- 12% for investors
What this means for the AI agent data race
The most immediate thing to watch is the token sale itself. Running it through Uniswap’s auction platform puts the launch on one of the best-known decentralized exchange brands in crypto.
Pricing mechanics, any vesting for the team and investor allocations, and how much supply actually hits the market at launch will shape how the token trades. None of that has been published yet, and the company says details are coming next week.
