College Football Playoff projections are bound to look different this week after US LBM Coaches Poll No. 8 Notre Dame suffered a 28-24 loss to now-No. 3 BYU.
On3 had the Fighting Irishat No. 5 in their CFP bracket last week. On3 left Notre Dame in the bracket, but dropped the team down to a precarious spot at No. 11.
The projections show that the Irish will hit the road and take on No. 6 Georgia in the opening round of the CFP. The winner of that game would face No. 3 Ohio State in the next round.
On3 has BYU, Miami, the Buckeyes and Indiana as their top-four seeds in the bracket.
