KAJANG: A five-metre-high retaining wall is believed to have given way following heavy rain, triggering a landslide that damaged six vehicles parked along Jalan Nilam here this evening.
The incident, which occurred around 5pm, damaged three cars and three motorcycles after tonnes of earth came crashing down onto the vehicles.
Kajang police chief Assistant Commissioner Naazron Abdul Yusof said preliminary investigations indicated that the retaining wall had failed to withstand soil movement following heavy rain that began around 3pm.
