From Weeks 1 through 6, we had an average of 5.2 players scoring 30+ fantasy points, including at least four every week. With MNF pending, no player has reached 30 points in Week 6, and only one (Trevor Lawrence) has surpassed 27.
A number of those who did manage to have a decent showing in fantasy football likely didn't even make it into a majority of starting lineups. Each of these players currently rank among the top 12 at their respective positions: J.J. McCarthy (QB10), Tyrone Tracy Jr. (RB7), Roschon Johnson (RB10), Blake Corum (RB12), Tre Tucker (WR1), Omar Cooper Jr. (WR6), Jaylin Noel (WR7), Jahan Dotson (WR9), DeMario Douglas (WR10), Tommy Tremble (TE3), Foster Moreau (TE5), Michael Mayer (TE6), Josh Cuevas (TE8), Colby Parkinson (TE9) and Darnell Washington (TE10).

Week 7 fantasy football quarterback rankings: Risers and sleepers
- Vikings QB Kyler Murray (51%) - Kyler and the Vikings return from the bye with a tasty matchup on tap. The Colts have surrendered at least 17 fantasy points to quarterbacks in four of their six contests, with one of the exceptions being Cam Ward.
- Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (42%) - Rodgers is fantasy's QB3 over the last four weeks, and he's racked up 240+ yards and multiple touchdowns in every game during that stretch. The 41-year-old has a great chance of keeping that streak alive against a Saints defense that's allowed at least 15.8 fantasy points to the position in five of their six games this season.
- Eagles QB Tanner McKee (4%) - While this one is primarily a deep league play, McKee does possess plenty of upside for Week 7. The Cowboys have ceded more than 20 fantasy points to quarterbacks in five of their six games in 2026.
Week 7 fantasy football running back rankings: Risers and sleepers
- Broncos RB Jonah Coleman (28%) - Among the 28 running backs with at least 60 attempts in 2026, J.K. Dobbins ranks third-worst in yards per attempt, fourth-worst in EPA per rush and dead last in rushing success rate. And yet, the veteran has averaged 18 opportunities over his last four games. Enter Jonah Coleman, who is eligible to return off IR this week. The rookie could return to a substantial role and is worth a speculative add in most leagues.
- Saints RB Kendre Miller (34%) - The Saints once again utilized a three-way committee at running back in Week 6, but Miller's 32 snaps and 22 opportunities (20 carries, 2 targets) led the way. Game script certainly worked in Miller's favor, but the upside for that kind of workload is hard to find on waivers. Miller is a solid one-week streaming option with Alvin Kamara banged up.
- Bears RB Roschon Johnson (5%) - With Kyle Monongai nursing a turf toe injury, Johnson racked up double-digit touches for a second consecutive week. The 25-year-old turned his 15 opportunities into 85 yards and a touchdown in Week 6. If Monongai is out again in Week 7, Johnson would be a viable bye week fill-in for those in need of one.
- Bengals RB Samaje Perine (5%) - In the game prior to the Bengals' bye, Perine played 52% of the snaps and saw the same number of opportunities as Chase Brown (16). While Brown's fumble was a contributing factor, the veteran was more effective as a runner and could continue to see a higher percentage of snaps coming out of the bye. With four teams off in Week 7, Perine is a serviceable plug-and-play option.
- Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. (4%) - The Giants decided to (unofficially?) bench Cam Skattebo in Week 6, and the result was a two-headed committee between Devin Singletary and Tracy. While this backfield will likely be a mess to navigate, Tracy did post 45 yards and two scores in the loss. Those in deeper leagues might want to add Tracy in case he maintains a sizeable role.
Week 7 fantasy football wide receiver rankings: Risers and sleepers
- Steelers WR Germie Bernard (50%) - Bernard was featured in almost every waiver wire piece of content last week, and yet he's rostered in only half of Yahoo leagues. In Week 6, the rookie caught 11 of his 12 targets for 87 yards in a touchdown. Bernard's 12 targets ranked ninth at the position, while his three red zone looks ranked third. A wideout getting this much run in an Aaron Rodgers-led offense is worth emptying the clip for.
- Raiders WR Tre Tucker (45%) - For the second time in five weeks, Tucker has finished as a top-seven wide receiver in fantasy. With MNF still to go, the speedster ranks as the WR1 on the week. In PPR leagues, Tucker hasn't had fewer than 8.1 fantasy points since Week 1. The 25-year-old is worth rostering as a high-upside flex play with week-winning potential.
- Colts WR Keenan Allen (47%) - It doesn't matter where he's playing; Keenan Allen continues to generate targets at an elite rate. The 34-year-old has racked up 29 targets over his last three games, with his 11 looks on Sunday resulting in 8 receptions for 88 yards. Allen will be a borderline WR3 in PPR formats until further notice.
- Texans WR Jaylin Noel (7%) - Noel has recorded double-digit half-PPR points in three straight games and is fantasy's WR11 during that stretch. His connection with C.J. Stroud has been excellent, but placing a hefty waiver claim for the 24-year-old might not be advisable. Sunday was Marvin Harrison Jr.'s first game as a member of the Texans, and he garnered the same number of targets as Noel (4) while playing just 12 snaps. MHJ's snap share will surely increase in the near future, which could render Noel unusable in most leagues.
- Jets WR Omar Cooper Jr. (5%) - In his first game back from IR, Cooper ranked second on the team in snaps and routes, while leading the way with a 24% target share. The rookie caught six of his seven targets for 103 yards and a touchdown. Like Noel, there is some reason for pessimism, however. Adonai Mitchell could be back in the near future, which would likely cut into Cooper's usage.
- Other WRs to consider: Falcons WR Jahan Dotson (1%), Ravens WR Ja'Kobi Lane (12%), Packers WR Savion Williams (0%), 49ers WR Christian Kirk (6%)
Week 7 fantasy football tight end rankings: Risers and sleepers
- Rams TE Colby Parkinson (1%) - Davante Adams suffered a non-contact injury late in the Rams' loss to the Cardinals. Any absence by Adams could open up a sizable number of targets, particularly in the red zone. Parkinson's three red zone targets ranked second at the position in Week 6, with his touchdown coming after Adams went down. Over the final five games of 2025, where Adams was limited or out of the lineup, Parkinson racked up 217 yards and five touchdowns.
- Raiders TE Michael Mayer (8%) - The Raiders' target share leader in Week 6 was not Tre Tucker or Brock Bowers. It was Michael Mayer. The 25-year-old has posted 10.7, 12.2, 0.7 and 13.0 half-PPR points in the four games since Bowers returned. And he's done that while playing at least 79% of snaps in all but one game. His role is real enough to warrant streaming consideration.
