The Vivo X500 Ultra is reportedly set to launch in China between March and April next year. A new leak has now revealed key details about the flagship’s display, processor, and battery.
According to the source, the phone will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset. The processor is expected to power vivo’s next high-end smartphone, although the company has not confirmed these details.
The leak also points to a 6.85-inch LTPO AMOLED display supplied by BOE. The panel is said to offer 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will reportedly feature a flat design, slim and uniform bezels, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Battery capacity could be another highlight of the vivo X500 Ultra. According to the tipster, the phone may pack a battery of around 7,000mAh, which would provide plenty of capacity for daily use.
Details about the camera system remain limited for now. However, the source claimed in July that Vivo was considering three different 200MP sensors for the phone’s telephoto camera.
More information about the vivo X500 Ultra is expected to emerge ahead of its reported China launch next March or April. For now, Vivo has yet to confirm the phone’s specifications or release schedule.
