Rural healthcare platform CureBay has raised Rs 100 crore in a Pre-Series C funding round led by IvyCap Ventures.
The round includes Rs 69 crore in equity from IvyCap Ventures and existing investors, along with over Rs 30 crore in debt from Trifecta Capital, Alteria Capital and VentureSoul Partners.
CureBay said it will use the funds to expand its operations across India, strengthen its healthcare delivery network, and develop its technology and AI capabilities. These include its Intelligence Layer, which is designed to support patient screening, health insights and clinical decision-making.
Founded in 2021 by Priyadarshi Mohapatra, Shobhan Mahapatra and Sanjay Swain, CureBay operates a technology-enabled rural healthcare network combining physical clinics with digital services. Its model includes IoT-enabled clinics, a network of Swasthya Mitras, a connected digital platform, AI-powered screening and risk alerts, a 24/7 command centre, and CureBay Kavach.
The company operates more than 250 technology-enabled clinics across seven states. It said it has served over 17 lakh patients and conducts more than 400 health camps each month.
“Rural Bharat doesn’t need another app; it needs a system that works end to end, from the Swasthya Mitra at the doorstep to the specialist in the city. This capital lets us take that operating system to more states and make our AI do the heavy lifting, so that every family gets the right care at the right time, close to home,” said Priyadarshi Mohapatra, Founder and CEO, CureBay.
“CureBay’s ability to combine technology with a strong on-ground healthcare network makes its model particularly compelling. As India works towards expanding access to quality healthcare across Bharat, we see significant potential in the company’s approach. We are excited to partner with CureBay as it scales its reach and continues to make quality healthcare more accessible to underserved communities across the country,” said Vikram Gupta, Founder and Managing Partner, IvyCap Ventures.
