The queen of festive shenanigans is returning to Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi this December
If you think you got your Christmas plans nailed down, this announcement is going to change your plans: Mariah Carey is performing in Abu Dhabi this December.
The Queen of Christmas will perform at the Etihad Arena on Saturday, December 12, bringing her Christmastime show to the capital. Dress in your festive best and get ready to belt out some of her popular Christmas tunes, including All I Want For Christmas Is You, Santa Baby, Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) and so much more.
Tickets are already on sale on the Etihad Arena website, with prices starting from Dhs249.
Mariah Carey is no stranger to Abu Dhabi, or the UAE. In fact, she performed just this year in February for Saadiyat Nights. Her first concert in the capital was back in January 2024, when she opened for the inaugural Saadiyat Nights concert series. She also performed three times in Dubai back in 2004, 2017 and 2019.
Even though she’s been in the UAE numerous times before, seeing her perform would top any fan’s bucket list. And we’re talking about seeing her perform her hugely popular Christmas hits live so the demand is sure to be high. In other words, this is one show you can’t afford to sit on the fence about. Tickets are sure to sell out, so we hope you’ve memorised your credit card number.
Don’t feel the urgency? For her Dubai concert in 2019 for the ‘One Year to Go’ Expo 2020 campaign, Mariah Carey almost broke the internet when tickets went on sale. It sold out in seconds.

And… if you aren’t a fan, this would be the perfect Christmas gift to give a loved one, and we’re sure it’s one they will remember for years to come.
Anyone else hoping the show will kick off with her iconic ‘It’sss tiiiiiiimeeeeeee‘? We sure are.
