vivo appears to be preparing another major addition to its premium smartphone lineup, with fresh leaks revealing key specifications of the upcoming vivo X500 Ultra. The device is tipped to feature a next-generation Snapdragon processor, a 144Hz AMOLED display, and an ambitious camera setup.

While the company has not officially announced the device, reports suggest that the vivo X500 Ultra could debut in March or April 2027. For Pakistani consumers, the bigger question is whether this premium flagship will reach the local market and how much it might cost.

The latest information, attributed to Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, suggests that the handset could feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset. The processor is reportedly based on a 2nm process, with leaks pointing to CPU clock speeds of up to 5.01GHz and an Adreno 850 GPU.

If these specifications prove accurate, the device could deliver substantial performance improvements for demanding applications, gaming, and AI-powered features. However, its configuration and performance have not been officially confirmed.

On the front, the vivo X500 Ultra is tipped to feature a large 6.85-inch flat AMOLED display supplied by BOE. The panel could offer 2K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate, slim bezels, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

Triple 200MP Cameras and a Larger Battery Expected

Photography could remain the biggest selling point of the upcoming Ultra model. Earlier leaks have suggested a triple-camera configuration featuring 200MP sensors for the primary, periscope telephoto, and ultrawide cameras.

Such a setup would represent a significant hardware upgrade, particularly for ultrawide photography. However, these camera details remain speculative, and there is no confirmation that all three 200MP sensors will appear in the final commercial device.

Battery capacity could also increase to around 7,000mAh, according to reports. Fast charging is expected, although the company has not confirmed charging specifications. The previous X300 Ultra’s reported 100W charging is a reference point, not a guarantee for the successor.

The vivo X500 Ultra is currently tipped for an international debut around March or April 2027, although its official release schedule and market availability remain uncertain.

Preliminary unofficial market listings indicate an expected Pakistan price of approximately Rs. 364,999 for a possible 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version. Considering the Ultra series’ premium positioning, an indicative editorial estimate of Rs. 350,000 to Rs. 420,000 could be plausible if the model officially launches in Pakistan.

These are unofficial estimates, not announced prices. Final pricing would depend on variants, currency movements, applicable taxes, and vivo’s local distribution strategy.
