**UPDATED AS OF SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24 AT 5:15 PM ET**
🏈 AFC East
◆ Buffalo Bills
DJ Moore - WR (shoulder)
Moore aggravated his shoulder injury in Week 4 and was forced from the game, unable to return. He did not play in Week 5 or Week 6.
Impact: The team’s Week 7 bye should afford Moore the requisite time to heal and return to the active roster when the Bills take on the Ravens on the road. Moore would be an upside WR3, if active.
◆ Miami Dolphins
De’Von Achane - RB (knee)
Achane suffered a torn ACL in the team’s Week 3 loss to the Chiefs, ending his season.
Impact: Achane’s unfortunate season-ending injury creates opportunity for Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright. The timing of the injury makes it likely that Achane is able to fully recover before the start of the 2027 regular season.
Caleb Douglas - WR (ankle)
Douglas missed his third consecutive game in Week 5. The team’s Week 6 bye should have afforded him enough time to return for Week 7 against the Jets. He is day-to-day and practiced in a limited capacity on Wednesday. he was removed from the injury report Friday and will play against the Jets.
Impact: Douglas demonstrated splash play potential for one of the youngest offenses in the league and could return to FLEX status once healthy.
Malik Willis - QB (right thumb)
Willis is practicing in full for Week 7 against the Jets, but received treatment on his injured throwing-hand thumb.
Impact: Apparently, none. Hopefully, we get more news as the week progresses.
◆ New England Patriots
Mack Hollins - WR (calf)
Hollins departed the team’s Week 4 win over the Bills with a calf injury and did not return. He was placed on injured reserve in Week 5.
Impact: Veteran practice squad call-up Efton Chism saw the biggest increase in routes following Hollins’ departure, which was particularly interesting considering the team’s general lack of downfield abilities. Perhaps Kyle Williams could finally see additional time on the field.
Romeo Doubs - WR (shoulder)
Doubs was placed on injured reserve following a shoulder injury sustained in Week 6. He will miss the next four games, at minimum.
Impact: The Patriots have now played only 33 offensive snaps with both Doubs and A.J. Brown on the field together this season after Doubs was injured on his second offensive snap in Week 6. Brown returned from injured reserve in Week 6 and should have the runway to return WR1 numbers while Doubs remains sidelined.
◆ New York Jets
Breece Hall - RB (quadriceps)
Hall suffered a quadriceps injury in the team’s Week 3 loss to the Lions. Head coach Aaron Glenn reiterated Hall remains week-to-week early in Week 6. He finished Week 7 preparation with consecutive limited showings, drawing the questionable tag against the Dolphins.
Impact: Braelon Allen can be started as a volume-driven RB2 for as long as Hall remains sidelined.
Adonai Mitchell - WR (finger)
Mitchell reportedly injured his finger during Week 3’s Thursday practice. He returned to practice in Week 7, in a limited capacity, but was removed from the injury report Friday. He will play against the Dolphins.
Impact: Mitchell’s return marks the first game since Week 1 with all three of Garrett Wilson, Mitchell, and rookies Omar Cooper and Kenyon Sadiq fully healthy. That isn’t necessarily a boost to any of them in what is now a much more crowded aerial offense.
🏈 AFC North
◆ Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson - QB (ankle)
Jackson has been out since injuring his ankle in Week 4. He practiced in a limited capacity to begin Week 7 but was ruled out Saturday.
Impact: Although wide receiver Zay Flowers remains a WR, his true ceiling inarguably takes a hit with Tyler Huntley under center. Huntley grabs another start with Jackson inactive.
Rashod Bateman - WR (shoulder)
Bateman handled just 17 offensive snaps in the team’s Week 6 loss to the Browns. Head coach Jesse Minter said Monday that Bateman “should be fine.” He was limited to begin Week 7. He was removed from the injury report Friday and will play against the Bengals.
Impact: Minimal.
Durham Smythe - TE (Achilles)
Smythe suffered a torn Achilles in the team’s Week 4 win over the Titans. His season is done.
Impact: It was Matt Hibner who saw the largest increase in snaps following Smythe’s departure in Week 4, making it unlikely we see veteran Mark Andrews in a more robust role.
◆ Cincinnati Bengals
Andrei Iosivas - WR (thumb)
The Bengals placed Iosivas on injured reserve in Week 3
Impact: Wide receivers Colbie Young and Dohnte Meyers will duke it out for the No. 3 wide receiver role for at least the next four weeks. Meyers can be added in 14-team leagues, though his upside is questionable.
◆ Cleveland Browns
KC Concepcion - WR (calf/quad)
Concepcion was limited to begin Week 7 but removed from the injury report Friday.
Impact: Concepcion cleared the NFL’s concussion protocol in time to play in Week 6, but he now must rehab two leg injuries. The talented, yet banged-up rookie is on track to face the Titans, but he is stuck in the FLEX tier for now.
Denzel Boston - WR (foot)
Boston played through his foot injury last week and remains limited early in Week 7. He was removed from the injury report Friday.
Impact: Boston turned in an unusable stat line a week ago but appears to have avoided a significant injury.
Dylan Sampson - RB (knee)
Sampson was placed on injured reserve in Week 2. The Browns activated him from injured reserve Saturday and he will play in Week 7.
Impact: Sampson should be rostered in 12-team formats. He could handle a sizable role if Judkins, explained below, is unable to play. Should Judkins take the field, Sampson may be able to return PPR FLEX value, and eventually earn a larger role.
Quinshon Judkins - RB (ankle)
Judkins resumed practicing in a limited capacity early in Week 7 after missing Week 6 with an ankle injury initially suffered in Week 5. He was removede from the injury report Friday and will play in Week 7.
Impact: Both Judkins and Sampson are in the FLEX conversation, though Judkins has run inefficiently this season.
Raheim Sanders - RB (hip)
The Browns placed Sanders on injured reserve in Week 6.
Impact: He will be eligible to return after four games missed.
◆ Pittsburgh Steelers
Rico Dowdle - RB (knee)
Dowdle was limited to begin Week 7 and drew a questionable tag for Week 7.
Impact: Dowdle returned in Week 6 but suffered an additional injury, this time finding himself questionable with a knee ailment. Fantasy managers will want to track his status when the team announces inactives early Sunday morning.
Michael Pittman - WR (foot)
Pittman was limited on Wednesday before being seen using a scooter in the locker room after practice. It was then revealed that Pittman aggravated his foot injury. The Steelers placed him on injured reserve late in Week 5.
Impact: Pittman’s absence opens the door for additional opportunities behind DK Metcalf, a role that now appears to be on rookie Germie Bernard‘s shoulders following the multi-week injury suffered by Roman Wilson in Week 5. Ben Skowronek (leg) has already been ruled out for Week 6. Bernard is one of Week 6’s top waiver additions after leading the team with nine targets against the Colts.
Roman Wilson - WR (finger)
Wilson departed in the second half of Week 5 with a finger injury and is reportedly looking at a multi-game absence. He was ruled out for Week 6 on Friday and placed on injured reserve on Saturday.
Impact: See above.
🏈 AFC South
◆ Houston Texans
Tank Dell - WR (knee)
Dell is expected to make his season debut in Week 7 against the Giants. He was activated from injured reserve Saturday.
Impact: Dell will make his first appearance since Week 16 of 2024 and is likely to be eased back into the fold after such a long time off. Fantasy managers can continue to stash him for the second half of the season.
David Montgomery - RB (groin)
Head coach DeMeco Ryans said Monday that Montgomery is “week-to-week” with a groin injury. He was ruled out for Week 6 on Friday, and remains sidelined to begin Week 7. The team ruled him out for Week 7 Friday.
Impact: The expected multi-game absence leaves Woody Marks atop the backfield depth chart. He is a viable FLEX starter, but the Texans showed in Week 6 that they will continue splitting backfield touches.
Jawhar Jordan - RB (undisclosed)
The Texans placed Jordan on injured reserve in Week 7.
Impact: Jordan prevented Marks from handling a full-time role in Week 6. Dare Ogunbowale will probably do the same while Montgomery is sidelined.
Dalton Schultz - TE (quad)
Schultz was seen limping in Week 6 and did not practice the following Wednesday. He was removed from the injury report Friday and will play against the Giants.
Impact: None.
Jayden Higgins - WR (knee)
Higgins saw his 2026 season taken from him due to a torn ACL suffered in camp.
Impact: It’s a massive blow to a Texans team that was counting on Higgins taking another step forward in his Sophomore campaign. The team traded for Kayshon Boutte in the wake of the injury and then added Marvin Harrison Jr. in a deal with the Cardinals ahead of Week 6.
◆ Indianapolis Colts
Alec Pierce - WR (heel)
Pierce aggravated the injury that required offseason surgery in Week 2. The Colts placed him on injured reserve in Week 3. He will attempt to avoid surgery by rehabbing his injured heel. Head coach Shane Steichen said Pierce won’t practice this week.
Impact: Josh Downs should serve as the primary option through the air for as long as Pierce remains sidelined. The team signed veteran field-stretcher Darius Slayton in the wake of Pierce’s injury, although he is unlikely to return weekly fantasy production. Slayton (knee) was ruled out for Week 5 on Friday.
Tyler Warren - TE (groin)
Warren was added to the team’s injury report on Friday and was designated questionable for Week 6. He did not play against the Titans and remains sidelined early in Week 7, before being ruled out Friday.
Impact: An absence leaves the Colts without one of their top playmakers, filtering additional volume to Keenan Allen, Josh Downs and Jonathan Taylor, though Taylor is the bankable fantasy football asset.
◆ Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars emerged from their Week 6 loss to the Texans absent any fantasy-relevant injuries.
◆ Tennessee Titans
Calvin Ridley - WR (hip)
Ridley was limited on Wednesday and drew the questionable tag for Week 7.
Impact: Removing him from the lineup would benefit the Titans’ young wide receivers.
Tyjae Spear - RB (knee)
Spears is listed as questionable in what seems like a weekly occurrence.
Impact: Likely none.
🏈 AFC West
◆ Denver Broncos
Pat Bryant - WR (ankle)
Bryant suffered an ankle injury in the team’s Week 4 loss to the 49ers and is reportedly expected to miss “a few weeks.” He was placed on injured reserve Friday.
Impact: Troy Franklin and Marvin Mims appear to be the next men up in Bryant’s absence, although the team could use a “sum of all parts” mentality to bridge his absence, considering historical trends. Alpha wide receiver Jaylen Waddle would be the primary beneficiary.
Jonah Coleman - RB (ankle)
The team shocked fantasy managers Saturday, sending him to short-term injured reserve in late September. He was activated from injured reserve Saturday and will play against the Cardinals.
Impact: Coleman began his takeover of the backfield in Week 2 before going down with an injury that sent him to injured reserve. Considering how poorly veteran J.K. Dobbins has performed in his absence, expect Coleman to immediately be reinserted as the primary ball carrier in a plus matchup, making him worthy of a start as a FLEX option in plus matchup against the Cardinals.
Jaylen Waddle - WR (chest)
Waddle was limited to begin Week 7. He was removed from the injury report Friday and will play against the Cardinals.
Impact: Waddle is struggling to perform, stuck in the Broncos’ unproductive offense. His chest injury will not impact his availability, but he is best treated as a WR3/FLEX.
◆ Kansas City Chiefs
Rashee Rice - WR (hamstring)
Rice departed Week 4 with a hamstring injury and is reportedly looking at a multi-week absence. He missed Week 6 and remains sidelined early in Week 7, before being ruled out for Sunday Night Football against the Seahawks.
Impact: Wide receivers Jalen Royals and Andrew Armstrong have received increased playing time, though neither is doing much with it. Once-intriguing rookie Cyrus Allen appears to be an afterthought.
Travis Kelce - TE (ankle)
Kelce played through the ankle injury last week. He was limited on Wednesday but removed from the injury report Friday.
Impact: None.
Tyquan Thornton - WR (ankle)
Thornton suffered a devastating ankle injury due to a hip-drop tackle in Week 4. He is reportedly set to undergo surgery within the week and will miss 12-16 weeks.
Impact: See above.
◆ Las Vegas Raiders
Brock Bowers - TE (hamstring/calf)
Bowers was limited on Wednesday but removed from the injury report Friday.
Impact: These are new injuries for Bowers. We do not know whether he suffered them in-game in Week 6 or during practice on Wednesday.
Mike Washington Jr. - RB (back/foot)
Washington was limited on Wednesday and drew the questionable tag for Week 7.
Impact: Like Bowers, we do not know when these injuries occurred. Ashton Jeanty would further consolidate touches if Washington misses time.
Dont’e Thornton - WR (hamstring)
The Raiders are still waiting for Thornton to “show” something as he enters his third and final practice week in his 21-day practice window.
Impact: Thornton could carve out a role as a deep threat, once healthy, but can only be viewed as a dart throw.
Jack Bech - WR (forearm)
The Raiders placed Bech on injured reserve in Week 4.
Impact: Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker could line up in the slot more often.
◆ Los Angeles Chargers
Ladd McConkey - WR (concussion)
McConkey was forced from the team’s Week 6 loss to the Chiefs due to a concussion after just eight offensive snaps.
Impact: McConkey appears likely to avoid missing time with the head injury considering the team heads to its bye in Week 7. Expect McConkey back on the field for Week 8 against the Rams.
Tre’ Harris - WR (hamstring)
Harris missed the team’s Week 6 loss to the Chiefs with a hamstring injury.
Impact: Harris could return following the team’s Week 7 bye.
David Njoku - TE (fibula)
Njoku is looking at an extended absence after being carted from the field in the team’s Week 2 loss to the Raiders. The Chargers placed him on injured reserve in Week 3.
Impact: See above.
🏈 NFC East
◆ Dallas Cowboys
Malik Davis - RB (hip)
Davis was placed on injured reserve and will miss the remainder of the 2026 season.
Impact: The Cowboys released both Jaydon Blue and Phil Mafah at roster cuts and now have only Emari Demercado on the active roster behind starter Javonte Williams. Expect Israel Abanikanda to be elevated to the active roster from the practice squad for Week 2, while Williams appears likely to see all the work he can handle against the Commanders. Williams is a locked-in RB1 in Week 2.
◆ New York Giants
Jaxson Dart - QB (knee)
Dart injured his MCL, PCL and meniscus on the team’s first possession of Monday Night Football against the Rams. He will undergo surgery to address the MCL and meniscus and miss the rest of the regular season. Giants head coach John Harbaugh said it is possible for Dart to return in the postseason, although this is unlikely.
Impact: Backup Jameis Winston was benched in favor of recent acquisition J.J. McCarthy in the second half of their loss to the Saints. Head coach John Harbaugh confirmed McCarthy as the starter for Week 7.
◆ Philadelphia Eagles
Saquon Barkley - RB (hamstring)
The veteran workhorse pulled up lame in the second quarter of Week 4 and is reportedly considered “week-to-week.” He did not play in Week 5 but the team is reportedly “hopeful” to get back their franchise back for Week 6. After not playing in Week 6, Barkley drew the questionable tag for Monday Night Football in Week 7 against the Cowboys.
Impact: Primary backup Tank Bigsby also departed the team’s Week 4 loss to the Rams, leaving with a core muscle injury that requires surgery. He was placed on injured reserve Monday. Running back Will Shipley suffered an injury in Week 5. The Philadelphia backfield is currently a mess.
DeVonta Smith - WR (hamstring)
Smith was ruled out for Week 7 Saturday.
Impact: As was fellow receiver Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) , leaving the Eagles with four heathy receivers on the active roster. Tight end Dallas Goedert stands to benefit the most from the absences, returning a tidy TE1 profile in a plus matchup against the Cowboys.
Tank Bigsby - RB (core)
See above.
Impact: See above.
Jalen Hurts - QB (blood clots)
Team doctors discovered a blood clot in Hurts’ calf. He was ruled out for Week 6 and could be looking at an extended absence. He was placed on injured reserve on Saturday after more clots were found in his lungs.
Impact: Hurts is currently sidelined indefinitely. Tanner McKee enters the starting lineup under center following the release of Andy Dalton. The Philadelphia offense could be in trouble in the immediate future considering the sheer number of injuries.
Will Shipley - RB (foot)
Shipley reportedly suffered a partial tear of the plantar fascia in his foot in Week 5. He is expected to miss multiple weeks.
Impact: Dameon Pierce and Carson Steele are the only healthy backs currently on the roster, assuming Saquon Barkley misses another week. Neither are overly exciting streaming options, although we would prioritize Pierce.
◆ Washington Commanders
Terry McLaurin - WR (knee)
McLaurin suffered a season-ending patellar tendon rupture in Week 6.
Impact: Treylon Burks should step into primary perimeter snaps, although he suffered an apparent injury late in the fourth quarter. No update has been passed on Burks as of Tuesday. Stefon Diggs will likely serve as the de facto No. 1 wide receiver moving forward.
Marcus Mariota - QB (knee)
Mariota departed the team’s Week 4 loss in London with a sprained MCL, leaving Athan Kaliakmanis as the likely backup, for the time being. Mariota remained sidelined in Week 5 and was ruled out for Week 6.
Impact: None.
Jaylin Lane - WR (ankle)
Lane suffered a dislocated ankle and fracture in Week 4 and is likely done for the season.
Impact: Minimal. Lane was primarily a special teams contributor.
Jacory Croskey-Merritt - RB (groin)
Croskey-Merritt was unable to practice this week and ruled out for Week 6 against the 49ers. The team placed him on injured reserve on Saturday.
Impact: Expect Rachaad White to fill in as the primary rusher, with Austin Ekeler on hand to soak up primary change of pace duties. White can be started as a viable FLEX option while Ekeler is likely best left on fantasy benches.
🏈 NFC North
◆ Chicago Bears
Kyle Monangai - RB (thumb/toe)
Head coach Ben Johnson labeled Monangai as “day-to-day” with a thumb injury suffered in Week 4, but he was later revealed to have suffered a turf toe injury as well. He remains sidelined for the Bears’ Week 7 game against the Patriots on Thursday.
Impact: D’Andre Swift is splitting touches with Roschon Johnson. Swift is RB2-viable, while Johnson can be started in the FLEX.
Cole Kmet - TE (knee)
Kmet suffered a season-ending knee injury in the team’s Thursday Night Football win over the Patriots.
Impact: Expect Sam Roush to serve as the team’s TE2 for the remainder of the season, while second-year tight end Colston Loveland should continue his recent ascension back into TE1 territory.
◆ Detroit Lions
Isiah Pacheco - RB (back)
Pacheco was placed on injured reserve to start the season. General Manager Brad Holmes said he “hopes Pacheco returns this season.”
Impact: Well, that doesn’t sound great. There appears to be something more insidious going on with Pacheco’s back than initially thought. Lions coach Dan Campbell said running backs Jacob Saylors and Sione Vaki could split touches behind Jahmyr Gibbs. Saylors appears to be the first player up. Gibbs handled an absurd 34 opportunities, of 37 total running back opportunities, in the team’s Week 1, overtime win over the Saints
◆ Green Bay Packers
Christian Watson - WR (ankle)
Watson was limited on Wednesday. He was removed from the injury report Friday and will play against the Lions.
Impact: We do not expect this to impact Watson’s availability.
Matthew Golden - WR (shoulder)
Golden was limited on Wednesday. He was removed from the injury report Friday and will play against the Lions.
Impact: None.
Jordan Love - QB (back)
Love was limited on Wednesday. He was removed from the injury report Friday and will play against the Lions.
Impact: Love should be good to go for Week 7, though ideally he upgrades to full participation on Thursday.
Jayden Reed - WR (neck)
Reed suffered a scary-looking neck injury that required stabilization in the team’s Week 2 win over the Jets. Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said on Tuesday that it is “way too early” to determine whether Reed will play again in 2026. That said, he was not placed on injured reserve ahead of their Week 3 contest. He will reportedly undergo surgery.
Impact: Beyond the football implications, it is good to hear Reed avoided any life-altering injuries in Week 2. Skyy Moore and Bo Melton are likely to soak up additional snaps, although volume is most likely to concentrate on Christian Watson, Matthew Golden, and Tucker Kraft.
Chris Brooks - RB (ankle)
Brooks suffered an ankle injury in the team’s Week 4 win over the Buccaneers and is reportedly undergoing further testing. He did not play in Week 5 or Week 6.
Impact: Brooks had been the most consistent rusher in a timeshare situation. Kaleb Johnson lost another fumble in Week 4, leaving MarShawn Lloyd as the likely beneficiary for as long as Brooks remains sidelined, although that role carries little value for the team with the fewest rush attempts in the league through the first month of the season.
Skyy Moore - WR (ankle)
Moore sported a walking boot instead of practicing on Wednesday. He was ruled out for Week 6 Friday.
Impact: Should he miss time, the Packers’ star players would further consolidate touches.
◆ Minnesota Vikings
Jordan Addison - WR (hamstring)
Addison did not play in Week 5. Coming off the Week 6 bye, he is practicing in full for Week 7.
Impact: Addison returns to the FLEX category for the Vikings’ game against the Colts.
Jordan Mason - RB (thumb)
The Vikings placed Mason on injured reserve in Week 2. The team reportedly “hopes” to get him back in Week 7. He was activated from injured reserve Saturday and will play in Week 7.
Impact: Mason should return to the lead rushing role this week.
T.J. Hockenson - TE (concussion)
Hockenson sustained a concussion in Week 5. He is practicing in full coming off the Week 6 bye.
Impact: He is a TE1.
Justin Jefferson - WR (ankle)
Jefferson was limited on Wednesday.
Impact: None.

🏈 NFC South
◆ Atlanta Falcons
Brian Robinson - RB (hamstring)
Robinson was limited on Wednesday before missing practice Thursday and Friday. He was ruled out for Week 7 Friday.
Impact: This directly benefits lead back Bijan Robinson, who typically cedes meaningful touch counts to Robinson.
◆ Carolina Panthers
Bryce Young - QB (knee)
Young is practicing in full.
Impact: None
Jonathan Brooks - RB (groin)
Brooks aggravated the groin injury that forced him to miss the end of camp. The Panthers placed him on injured reserve in Week 3. He is expected to undergo core muscle surgery.
Impact: Chuba Hubbard enters the volume-driven RB1 discussion in Brooks’ absence. Trevor Etienne (ankle) is practicing in full and can be stashed in 14-team leagues, while AJ Dillon was ruled out.
◆ New Orleans Saints
Travis Etienne - RB (hamstring)
Etienne aggravated his hamstring injury in the team’s Week 3 loss to the Raiders. Head coach Kellen Moore said Monday that he expects Etienne to “miss some time.”
Impact: Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller appear likely to split the load in Etienne’s absence, neither of whom is overly enticing in fantasy circles in what is expected to be a shared workload.
Jordyn Tyson - WR (hamstring)
Tyson begins the regular season on injured reserve. He reportedly traveled with the team to Paris for their Week 7 game against the Steelers, but will not begin practicing this week.
Impact: Tyson is trending toward returning following the Saints’ Week 8 bye.
Alvin Kamara - RB (back)
Kamara and CJ Donaldson (shoulder) were limited on Wednesday. Both were removed from the injury report Friday and will play in Paris in Week 7.
Impact: This is a banged-up, ineffective committee. Buying low on Travis Etienne (hamstring) makes sense.
◆ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Jalen McMillan - WR (knee)
McMillan suffered a sprained PCL in his first game action of the season in Week 3. The team placed him on injured reserve Monday, with an expected absence of 6-8 weeks.
Impact: Not much change considering he made his season debut in Week 3, although rookie Ted Hurst should remain in the starting lineup.
Baker Mayfield - QB (thumb)
Mayfield suffered a dislocated thumb in the team’s Week 3 loss to the Vikings. He is practicing fully in Week 7 and appears ready to return.
Impact: Mayfield is a high-end QB2 if active. His presence would stabilize the offense.
Bucky Irving - RB (illness)
Irving did not practice on Wednesday but was removed from the injury report Friday.
Impact: Likely none, but this is worth monitoring. Sean Tucker (quad) is practicing in full.
Emeka Egbuka - WR (foot/concussion)
Egbuka did not practice on Wednesday. He was ruled out for Week 7 Friday.
Impact: Wide receivers Chris Godwin (eight) and Ted Hurst (six) trailed Egbuka in targets (16) last week and are in line to benefit from Egbuka’s absence. Tight end Cade Otton could also see additional volume over the middle of the field.
🏈 NFC West
◆ Arizona Cardinals
Jeremiyah Love - RB (ankle)
Love was sidelined throughout Week 6 and remains sidelined early in Week 7. The team lists him with just one ankle injury despite recent reports indicating that his preseason ankle injury remains problematic and he injured his other ankle in Week 4. He was ruled out for Week 7 Friday.
Impact: Tyler Allgeier was outplayed by Bam Knight in Week 6. This would likely be a committee in Week 7 if Love remains sidelined.
◆ Los Angeles Rams
Terrance Ferguson - TE (ankle)
Ferguson aggravated an ankle injury in the team’s Week 3 loss to the Broncos and was sent to injured reserve. As of Week 7, he needs more rehab time.
Impact: Colby Parkinson (shoulder) is playing through his injury and Davis Allen (foot) is sidelined. Tyler Higbee is a viable TE1/2 in fantasy, though he was outplayed by Parkinson in Week 6.
Davante Adams - WR (hamstring)
The Rams placed Adams on injured reserve with a ruptured hamstring tendon. He is expected to miss 6-10 weeks, though as of Wednesday in Week 7, the team has not yet scheduled his required procedure, clouding his recovery timeline.
Impact: Puka Nacua should see all the volume he can handle in the absence of Adams, while a shift to heavier rates of 12- and 13-personnel is likely in store for the Rams as they fight through another significant injury. Tyler Higbee suddenly finds himself a fantasy TE1, at least until Ferguson returns, while Nacua challenges for overall WR1. A recent ESPN report indicates the Rams will explore the trade market, though head coach Sean McVay denies it. Adams could be replaced as the team’s No. 2 wide receiver while injured. Trading him away now could pay off.
Puka Nacua - WR (calf)
Nacua was added to the injury report Thursday with a new ailment, did not practice Friday, and is listed as questionable for Week 7.
Impact: About as big as there is in fantasy, honestly. Nacua has been utterly dominant whenever Adams has been off the field, but now appears in legitimate danger of missing Week 7. Furthermore, the timing of the game places fantasy managers in a pickle considering the game kicks off in the afternoon portion of the Sunday slate, meaning those that are more risk averse would want to begin alternate plans now. We likely won’t know Nacua’s status until the team releases inactives 90-minutes prior to kickoff. Expect heavy rates of 13-personnel regardless of Nacua’s status, which could turn into the team’s new base alignment if Nacua is unable to go.
◆ San Francisco 49ers
Christian Kirk - WR (calf)
The 49ers activated Kirk’s 21-day practice window. He is practicing in full for Week 7 but drew the questionable tag.
Impact: Kirk has a chance to become the 49ers’ de facto No. 1 wide receiver in the short term.
Mike Evans - WR (Achilles)
Evans aggravated his Achilles injury in Week 6 and is expected to “miss some time.” He was ruled out for Week 7 Friday.
Impact: The hits to the San Francisco pass catchers continue as Evans now appears to be in line to miss at least Week 7. The team has its bye in Week 8, potentially setting up a situation where Evans misses only one contest. Expect volume to concentrate on Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle, with the team also expected to be without Deebo Samuel for their game against the Falcons. As you can see below, there are now five wide receivers unavailable for the 49ers.
Demarcus Robinson - WR (ankle)
Robinson suffered a high-ankle sprain in the team’s Week 2 win over the Dolphins. He will miss significant time.
Impact: Reports suggest Jacob Cowing will be leaned on to fill the void left behind by the injuries to Robinson and De’Zhaun Stribling. Expect Mike Evans, assuming health, Christian McCaffrey, and George Kittle to soak up additional volume.
Deebo Samuel - WR (hamstring)
Samuel suffered a hamstring injury in the team’s Week 5 win over the Seahawks. He is expected to miss multiple weeks and was ruled out for Week 7 Friday.
Impact: The Athletic’s Matt Barrows believes Brandin Cooks is the “next man up” for a 49ers team absolutely devastated by injuries. Cooks can be added from waivers after serving as the de facto WR2 opposite Mike Evans once Samuel departed.
De’Zhaun Stribling - WR (ankle)
Stribling suffered an ankle injury in the team’s Week 1 win over the Rams. The 49ers placed him on injured reserve in Week 2 after he underwent surgery to repair a deltoid ligament tear. He is expected to return in 10 weeks.
Impact: The Athletic’s Matt Barrows believes Demarcus Robinson will be the primary beneficiary.
Ricky Pearsall - WR (knee)
Pearsall was placed on season-ending injured reserve.
Impact: Pearsall will miss the entirety of the 2026 season.
◆ Seattle Seahawks
Zach Charbonnet - RB (knee)
Charbonnet reportedly has a “legitimate chance” to play in Week 7 against the Chiefs, and is now practicing in full. That said, the team ruled him out Friday.
Impact: Fantasy managers will have to wait another week for the return of Charbonnet, who should not be on waivers.
Rashid Shaheed - WR (hip)
Shaheed was limited on Wednesday but removed from the injury report Friday.
Impact: None. Shaheed is only relevant in 14-team leagues.
Jadarian Price - RB (chest)
Price was placed on injured reserve in Week 4.
Impact: Price played through the injury in Week 3 but apparently emerged worse off for wear. Emanuel Wilson and George Holani will split the backfield in his absence, although the biggest boost likely falls back to Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
