Have you ever wanted to own a unique piece of Formula 1 history? Well, Valtteri Bottas might have just the thing for you.
He's auctioning off his race-used 'Nigel the Badger' helmet through F1 Authentics, and the winning bidder also gets to meet 10-time grand prix winner bottas himself!
The special helmet was worn during the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix, and features a black and white design inspired by a real life visitor to Bottas's house.
Bottas and his partner Tiffany Cromwell are often greeted by a badger, who they have named Nigel, stopping for a bite of cat food every now and again. He's become such a familiar face that Bottas has referred to him as his pet. (We've heard of drivers having many pets - *cough* Alex Albon *cough* - but we think this one might take the cake!)

The helmet was designed by Cromwell specially for the Monaco race, and feature's Nigel's distinctive face as well as Bottas's #77 race number.
If you're tempted to get your hands on it yourself, the winning bidder will get to meet Bottas, who will personally sign and hand over the helmet as well.
Bidding closes on October 25 via F1 Authentics so, if you've got some spare cash and a soft spot for badgers, this could be your chance to take home a piece of extremely special F1 memorabilia.
