Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived in Abuja to unveil the Arewa for Asiwaju (A4A) campaign headquarters and inaugurate the movement’s campaign structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The development was announced by Stanley Nkwocha, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Communications (Office of the Vice President), in a statement shared via his X handle on Saturday, October 17.
According to Nkwocha, the event is expected to bring together leaders and members of the Arewa for Asiwaju movement, alongside other stakeholders.
“The event will bring together the leadership and members of the Arewa for Asiwaju movement, alongside other stakeholders,” the statement read.

The event will also provide an opportunity to discuss the economic reforms and development agenda of President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
Nkwocha said discussions would focus on the administration’s ongoing economic reforms, infrastructure development and efforts to expand investment and economic opportunities across the country under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“The occasion will also provide an opportunity for engagement on the Tinubu administration’s ongoing economic reforms, infrastructure development and efforts to expand investment and economic opportunities across Nigeria under the Renewed Hope Agenda,” he said.
