Letter to Governor Bala Mohammed

Dear Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State. With regards and salutations, I use this means to write this letter to you. This pen of mine is writing on behalf of the good people of Misau Local Government Area of Bauchi State. We respectfully extend our warm greetings and express our appreciation for your administration’s efforts towards infrastructural development across Bauchi State.

Your Excellency, the good people of Misau Local Government Area wish to draw your attention to the reconstruction of the road linking A.D. Rufai College of Education, Legal and General Studies Misau to Government Science Secondary School Misau. We respectfully remind Your Excellency of the need to complete this important road project, which has unfortunately been abandoned for more than a year.

We are particularly concerned that road reconstruction projects in Katagum, Ningi, and Jama’are, which were flagged off alongside the Misau road project, have since been completed, while the project in Misau remains unfinished. This situation has caused concern among our people, who are eagerly awaiting the completion of the road to improve transportation and ease their daily activities.

Your Excellency, we humbly appeal for your urgent intervention, particularly at this period of harvest when farmers need accessible roads to transport their agricultural produce from farms to markets and other destinations. The continued abandonment of this road poses difficulties for residents, students, farmers, traders, and other road users. We believe that completing the project will significantly improve movement, support agricultural activities, and contribute to the economic development of our community.

We, therefore, respectfully call on Your Excellency to consider the plight of the people of Misau and direct the relevant authorities to take the necessary steps towards the immediate resumption and completion of this road project. We remain hopeful that your administration will give this matter the attention it deserves and ensure that the people of Misau enjoy the benefits of the infrastructural development being extended to other parts of the state.

Your Excellency, we appreciate your leadership and remain confident in your commitment to the development and well-being of all the people of Bauchi State. We look forward to a favourable response and timely action on this important matter.
