Popular singers Balam and Konal are back with a new song titled ‘Nirghum Raat Jane’.
The track features vocals by the duo, with lyrics by Asif Iqbal and music composed and arranged by Shouquat Ali Imon.
Balam and Konal first made waves as a duo with ‘O Priyotoma’, a song from the Shakib Khan-starrer Priyotoma.
They later sang the title track of Rajkumar and also lent their voices to a song in Hannan. Beyond their work in films, the two have collaborated on television programmes as well.
They also performed the opening song for the Eid magazine show Ei din Se din Eid Ananda.
Speaking about the new release, Konal said, “This is the kind of song listeners want to hear these days.
It captures a feeling of love that may not be expressed in words but comes through in a person’s actions.
I hope listeners will enjoy this new song with Balam bhai as much as they have enjoyed our previous collaborations.”
Alongside the new release, Konal continues to sing for television dramas. Balam, meanwhile, is busy working on several new songs.
