Angel Reese showed off her All-Star status on Monday when she helped the Atlanta Dream beat the Golden State Valkyries 79-65 in game two of the WNBA finals, bringing the series to 1-1. Before she unleashed her skills on the court, she modeled her fashion game in a mixed-label look in the tunnel: an Alaïa set met Gucci shoes.
No stranger to heels when she’s not in her Reebok sneakers, Reese wore Gucci’s Vittoria pump in soft white leather. The spring 2026 style is a ultra flexible silhouette hailing from the La Famiglia collection designed by Demna; the silhouette emphasizes an elongated toe and cone-shaped heel.
The style can be worn with the back folded down for an effortless look. The vamp features an unmistakable signature of the Italian house, a horsebit. Available in other colors including black, light pink and red, the Vittoria pump retails for $1,220.
Playing into a classic color contrast pairing light and dark, Reese’s white Gucci pumps accompanied a gray-blue Alaïa set featuring the brand’s ribbed halterneck top and ribbed ruffle skirt. She coordinated her heels with a white purse adorned with horsebit hardware. Additional accessories included a thick silvery choker necklace, which added a touch of glamour to the look.
Reese’s previous tunnel looks from this WNBA playoffs run and season have included a black Balmain dress and pumps, a preppy Thom Browne look, a Gucci pencil skirt and coordinated pumps and more ensembles.
In Monday’s game, Reese achieved several accomplishments. She became the youngest player in WNBA history to record 30+ points and 15+ rebounds in a finals game, and only the third to ever do so, alongside Jonquel Jones and Breanna Stewart. She also became the first player in franchise history to achieve 25+ points and 10+ in a single WNBA finals game. Reese nabbed a double double as well, with 30 points and 16 points.
The WNBA finals find the Atlanta Dream facing off against the Golden State Valkyrie in a best-of-seven series. Game three will take place in Atlanta on Wednesday, with the teams vying for a 2-1 advantage. Last year, the Las Vegas Aces took home the championship.
