BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football has issued 600 media credentials for this weekend’s top-five showdown against Ohio State, the most since at least 2004, a source confirmed to The Herald-Times.
The No. 4 Hoosiers (6-0, 3-0) will host No. 5 OSU (5-1, 3-0) at Memorial Stadium on Saturday in a rematch of last year’s Big Ten title game.
While IU coach Curt Cignetti has vowed to ignore all the “noise and clutter” surrounding the game, that’s not stopping the college football world from descending on Bloomington. Big Noon Kickoff and the BTN Tailgate Show will both broadcast from campus.

The list of approved credentials also includes local and national members of the media, bowl representatives and NFL scouts. Half of the teams in the league have been approved for at least one credential.
Indiana would have been able to issue an even larger number of credentials if Memorial Stadium had a more modern press box. As is, the space will be full for the highly anticipated Big Ten matchup.
