The Arizona Cardinals did not see Jeremiyah Love against the Los Angeles Rams, who are a good defense but we saw maybe the most impressive rushing attack of the season from the Mike LaFleur offense.
Led by Bam Knight, the Arizona Cardinals offense seemed to be more inline with what we expected the LaFleur offense to be like, at least in the run game.
This week would have been ideal to see Love, because the Broncos have the 31st ranked defense against the run.
Instead, it seems to be trending that Love will once again miss a game, and we will see another heavy dose of Tyler Allgeier and Bam Knight.
No running back has looked as good as Knight did in the Rams game this year, but we were hoping it would be time for Love to get back out there and make plays.
We will get there this year, but it is a little disappointing to see your top pick once again be mostly inconsequential to the season, at least early.
