PUTRAJAYA: Former Yayasan Bank Rakyat chairman Datuk Seri Nazir Hussin Akhtar Hussin was summoned to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) headquarters, believed to be over an asset declaration notice.
He arrived with two lawyers around 11am and was still at the headquarters as of 1pm.
He is believed to have been called in to receive a notice to declare his assets under Section 36 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act.
