The South Jeolla Autonomous Police Committee said on the 22nd that it is holding the 2026 South Jeolla Autonomous Police Promotional Content Contest, with entries accepted through Dec. 1. The contest is intended to highlight the role of the autonomous police and the value of local public safety from the perspective of residents. Its theme is "South Jeolla Autonomous Police at Your Side, Adding Value to Public Safety."
Entrants may freely express changes and experiences involving the autonomous police in daily life, the kind of local public safety residents hope for, and autonomous police activities in everyday settings. Entries are accepted in three categories: photography, posters and video. Each person may submit up to three works.
Submissions will go through an internal review and an evaluation by outside experts, which will assess relevance to the theme, creativity, communicative impact and usability. A total of 18 works will be selected, including one grand prize, two excellence awards and three encouragement awards in each category. Winning entries will be used in promotional materials and in online and offline publicity campaigns.
