Capcom, one of Japan's leading game developers, will take part in G-STAR 2026, the international gaming expo opening next month in Busan. With Sega, Koei Tecmo and NetEase Games also confirming their participation, this year's show is shaping up as a showcase for new global titles.
Capcom has confirmed its attendance at G-STAR 2026, which runs from Nov. 19 to 22 at BEXCO in Busan, industry officials said on the 21st. Five global developers — Capcom, Sega, Koei Tecmo, NetEase Games and CD Projekt Red — will gather in BEXCO's second exhibition hall to present new titles and other game content.
Capcom will set up a booth of about 35 units and offer visitors hands-on demonstrations of its major games. The company plans to run demo stations for "Mega Man: Dual Override" and "Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance," both slated for release in 2027.
Cho Yong-hee, the director who led development of Capcom's new intellectual property "Pragmata," will speak at G-CON 2026, the expo's official conference. The director is scheduled to hold a discussion with Park In-je, who directed the Disney+ original series "Moving."

Among Korean developers, Krafton (259960.KS) will attend G-STAR for the 10th consecutive year, presenting five games including established hits and new releases. Krafton will set up a booth at A03 in BEXCO's first exhibition hall under the concept "KRAFTON NOW," featuring "PUBG: Battlegrounds," "Tarae: Unbound," "Age Twister," "Waltz & Jam" and "Item Power Hero."
"PUBG: Battlegrounds," the company's flagship IP, will greet visitors with a large dedicated experience zone. Krafton will run photo zones, participatory content and stage programs so visitors can experience the game's universe offline.
The company will also offer demos of its new titles. "Tarae: Unbound" is an Eastern dark fantasy action role-playing game inspired by the Buddhist concept of rebirth through the six realms. The game was previously unveiled at Gamescom in Germany, and at G-STAR it will introduce the "Togwi" class, which was not part of earlier demos.
"Age Twister" is a narrative adventure game built around cooperation between two players. Visitors can try two-player co-op play, clearing obstacles and solving challenges together.
"Waltz & Jam," set for global release on Dec. 3, will also be on hand. It is an action-adventure platformer in which Waltz, a lost soul, and Jam, a spirit dog, explore an afterlife called Downtown.
"Item Power Hero" is a roguelike strategy RPG in which battle outcomes change depending on how items are arranged and combined inside a bag. Players place items strategically in limited space and maximize synergies between them to build their own combat style.
