Sharon Osbourne has opened up about being left with a permanent face indentation after a round of plastic surgery went wrong.
The wife of the late rock icon Ozzy Osbourne, 74, has been open about the surgical procedures she has undergone, including her regrets over the years.
Speaking with her son Jack on The Osbournes podcast, Sharon said that she had been left with a black line along her upper lip and chin following an operation, leaving her with permanent scarring.
Running her finger across her face, she said: ‘I have an indentation left from it here, all the way down here.
‘I think the surgeon left it to his mate to do [it]. I think he took a phone call and then his mate [finished the job].’
She continued: ‘You go, and you complain, and you go there. And then he starts injecting, and you go, “What is in this that you’re injecting me with?” And he says, “Don’t worry, it’s my special concoction. It’ll work!” And it didn’t f****** work.’
The reality TV star didn’t seem too bothered by it, though, simply surmising ‘that’s what I get.’
‘It’s not like I earn my living out of my f****** face,’ she went on. ‘I f***** up. It’s my choice. That’s what I get.’
In 2023, she joked that she looked like a ‘cyclops’ after having a facelift two years prior.
‘That one put me off, and it frightens me,’ she told The Sun. ‘I really f****** pushed it with the last facelift, and I am now like, no more.’
In 2022, Sharon told The Sunday Times: ‘I had a full facelift done in October, and I looked like one of those f****** mummies that they wrap [with bandages]. It hurt like hell. You have no idea.’
Describing her horror at how she looked afterwards, Sharon explained: ‘I’m telling you, it was horrendous. I’m like, “You’ve got to be f****** joking.”
‘One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f****** cyclops. I’m like, “All I need is a hunchback”.’
The star revealed the procedure was ‘excruciatingly painful’, before placing her hands over her face and joking: ‘See, I’m holding my nose on so it doesn’t fall off.’
Sharon has always been open about her cosmetic surgery, including another face lift she had in 2019.
She revealed at the time: ‘He gave me a procedure where I didn’t have anaesthetic. You’ve got tubes coming out your head and these two rubber bowls the blood goes into.
‘You have that for five days, so you look amazing, you look really, really good.’
