IMPHAL, Oct 19: Deputy Chief Minister Losii Dikho has condemned the killing of three civilians at Khongbal today.
"My deepest condolences go out to the bereaved families. This continuous heinous act of violence, atrocities and killings in the State is deeply disturbing and calls for introspection," Dikho said in a statement, urging the law enforcement agencies to hunt down the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
