MULTAN: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Multan successfully recovered Rs 5.4 million (54 lakh) for a citizen following a prompt investigation.
The victim, Muhammad Umar, had lodged a complaint with the NCCIA Multan after being defrauded of the hefty amount.
Upon receiving the complaint, the NCCIA team initiated an investigation and successfully tracked down and recovered the full amount of Rs 54 lakh.
The recovered funds were subsequently handed back to Muhammad Umar, who expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the NCCIA and its entire team for their swift action.
