The moderately peaty intensity on the first sniff blows over to reveal aromas of ground pepper, granola, vanilla, caramel sauce, and sea spray. Flavors of apple, cracked black pepper, berries, vanilla, and toffee entertain the taste buds before a breakthrough of rich, creamy vanilla, salted caramel, and crushed almonds if you let it all play out. The drying, mouth-coating finish brings forth mellow peat smoke, toffee, and tingling pepperiness.
