Soldiers Deployed in Durban To Quell Anti-Migrants Protests
South Africa National Defence Forces have arrived Sunday in Durban’s CBD in a convoy of three military vehicles following their deployment amid violent protests last week
The unrest saw several vehicles set alight and buildings severely vandalised during anti-illegal immigration demonstrations.
The military presence comes as authorities respond to the unrest and seek to restore calm and protect people and property.
