Get your Lars Ulrich costumes ready, Metallica fans.
On Halloween — aka Saturday, Oct. 31 — the “Enter Sandman” rockers are slated to shred at Lars Vegas Las Vegas’ Sphere as part of their ongoing Life Burns Faster residency.
And, if you’d like to be there for Hetfield, Ulrich, Hammett and Trujillo’s first U.S. Halloween show since 1983, last-minute tickets are still available for purchase.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats for the spooky Sin City show was $603 including fees on Vivid Seats.
Floor-level seats start at $1,116 including fees.
In the event that’s not enough Metallica for you, the Saturday show is the second of two for the Rock Hall of Famers over the course of the Halloweekend.
Their unique residency is made up of two “No Repeat” gigs a week where they play two wholly different concerts where no song is played twice.
Saturday shows, like this Halloween performance, usually features fan favorite like “Enter Sandman,” “One,” “For Whom The Bell Tolls,” :The Unforgiven” and “Fuel,” according to Set List FM.
Night one gigs include “Master of Puppets,” “Seek & Destroy,” “Sad But True,” “Ride the Lightning” and, of course, “Nothing Else Matters,” Set List FM reports.
Based on reviews from high-profile publications, both are equally jaw-dropping.
“Visually, the show was a combination of crisp graphics, immersive mini-movies and larger-than-life projections of the band members. It was like watching an IMAX movie, only on a much grander scale,” Riff Magazine noted.
“Soaring vocals, wailing guitar riffs and pounding percussion anchored the swirling sea of constantly moving images…Metallica has always been a band that likes to put on a show, and Sphere gave it a new scale on which to do it.”
Now that’s how you spend a Halloween.

Metallica new music
On April 14, 2023, Metallica dropped their 11th studio album “72 Seasons.”
The thrumming, high-velocity record quickly sets the tone with the non-stop thrill ride title track and then refuses to let up throughout its healthy 77-minute runtime.
Indisputable highlights include the snaking “Sleepwalk My Life Away,” nakedly raw “You Must Burn!” and unrelenting “Lux Æterna.” Don’t expect a second to breathe; Metallica goes hard the entire time with nary a moment to rest. Just the way it should be.
To hear for yourself, you can listen to “72 Seasons” here.
