Ayn has released a new video showing working units of its upcoming handheld, the Odin 3 Portal. The video also reveals the colors the Android handheld will be available in.
Just a day after revealing a handful of details about its upcoming handheld, the Odin 3 Portal, Ayn has released a new video showing the device in action. It has also revealed the color options that will be available when the handset launches.
The video shows the Odin 3 Portal emulating a couple of PC games such as Hollow Knight: Silksong, Tomb Raider (2013), and Little Nightmares using GameSir's GameHub app. Unfortunately, the gameplay video doesn't show a performance HUD that displays details such as FPS, RAM usage, power consumption, and temperature (CPU, GPU).
Ayn also highlights some of the Odin 3 Portal's features such as its silent ABXY buttons, removable thumbstick caps, and diamond pattern shoulder buttons. An ergonomic grip case for the handheld also makes an appearance, and Ayn says it makes the handheld more comfortable to hold. There's also a focus on the sound of the cooling fan in different modes.
The Ayn Odin 3 Portal will be available in White and Black like the Odin 2 Portal, and a third color called 16 Bit. The white and black variants have matching buttons, while the 16 Bit version has a dark gray D-pad and thumbsticks and purple action buttons in two different shades.
Ayn is yet to reveal the full spec sheet of the Odin 3 Portal, but we know it will use the same Qualcomm Dragonwing Q8 processor and have a 9,000mAh battery capacity. We hope these details, alongside its price and release date, will be revealed soon.
