Witney Carson may have competed on “Dancing With the Stars” during her third pregnancy, but her life as a soon-to-be mom of three isn’t all fashion and foxtrots.
The ballroom pro recently told Glamour that she used to think Frida Baby’s NoseFrida nasal aspirator was “ridiculous” — until she became a parent.
“I thought that was the weirdest, most disgusting thing ever until I had kids and they had booger noses,” she said of the “booger sucker” product.
Frida Baby NoseFrida Nasal Aspirator
The Swedish doctor-invented nasal aspirators are designed to help clear little ones’ stuffy noses when they get congested.
“It’s all we do when they’re little,” Carson added of her sons. “Now they can blow their own nose[s], but when they’re little it was so key for them to breathe.”
She joked that she and her husband now have “like 50 of them” — but with a third son on the way, perhaps they’ll soon be investing in more.
New mom and Page Six Style Sr. Editor Melissa Minton also keeps one on hand — and while she first tried out the brand’s electric aspirator, she’s now a fan of Carson’s manual go-to.
“I was very intimidated by the manual nature of this nose sucker, so I first purchased the more expensive electric version,” she said.
“I’m here to say, the aspirator seems gross but gets the job done; it’s a total necessity that’s replaced the machine for me.”
The product also gets great ratings from Target reviewers, as it has a 4.5-star average out of over 3,500 ratings.
“This is a must for all new parents,” one wrote, calling it a “great baby shower gift.”
