TURA, Oct 17: The Tura Motor Sports Club (TMSC) has announced two motorsport events at Dodenanggre, Tura, with Moto X 2026 scheduled for October 30-31 and Bilgaro-XI from November 12-14.
Announced at a press conference on Friday, Moto X will feature five categories, including Beginners, Novice, Expert, 2-Stroke Open and Kids, aimed at promoting young talent.TMSC president and MDC Grahambell Sangma, general secretary Souvik Sanyal and rally champion Aneesh Sangma attended the event.The club said the competitions would promote motorsport, adventure tourism and local businesses, with safety arrangements being prioritised. Established in 2015, TMSC hopes to establish Garo Hills as a recognised motorsport destination.The club expressed hope that the events would attract participants from across the country.
