Itanagar
MLA Techi Kaso on Thursday conducted a joint site inspection with the Deputy Commissioner of Itanagar Capital Region (ICR) at Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), Naharlagun.

The inspection was aimed at assessing the dilapidated government quarters located near the institute, which are proposed to be handed over to TRIHMS to meet its future expansion and infrastructure requirements.
Kaso said the move is part of a firm resolve to build a healthier, better-equipped and more progressive Arunachal Pradesh, noting that a stronger Arunachal begins with stronger infrastructure, timely development and unwavering commitment to public welfare.
Later, the MLA also inspected the ongoing Market Vendor Infrastructure Project in Naharlagun and expressed serious concern over prolonged delay in its execution.
Issuing a stern warning to the executing agency, Kaso directed it to expedite the work and ensure completion without further delay.
He stated that the vision of a Viksit Arunachal demands not only ambitious plans but also timely execution, greater accountability and tangible results on the ground, adding that every development initiative must contribute to a stronger state and better quality of life for the people.
