Game 1 of the World Series between the Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays is Friday, Oct. 23.
First pitch is set for 7 p.m. on Fox.
When that first pitch is thrown by Jacob Misiorowski to begin the Fall Classic at American Family Field, the Brewers will have had over a week off from their last game. They clinched their first National League pennant and second World Series berth with an emphatic sweep of the two-time reigning World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series.
The Rays clinched the American League pennant on Monday, Oct. 19, after winning the final three games of the AL Championship Series against the Cleveland Guardians.
It's the National League's top seed vs. the American League's top seed with the winner capturing its first World Series.
