Zelensky: US Preparing Proposal for Trilateral Summit

President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that the US is drafting a proposal to convene a trilateral summit between the leaders of Ukraine, the US, and Russia. Potential host venues under consideration include the upcoming G20 summit in the US, locations across the Middle East such as the UAE or Saudi Arabia, or a European nation. Zelensky noted that European partners have initiated contacts regarding potential venues, though neither Washington nor Moscow has formally confirmed the framework. The proposal follows bilateral consultations between Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov and US envoy Jared Kushner.
