KUALA LUMPUR: Men's pair Goh Sze Fei–Nur Izzuddin Rumsani's bid to return to the Denmark Open semi-finals after five years ended on Friday.
China's world No. 2 Liang Wei Keng–Wang Chang defeated the Malaysian world No. 6 duo 18-21, 21-18, 21-15 in the quarter-final at the SJF Bank Arena.
The sixth seeds last reached the semi-finals in 2021, when Denmark's Kim Astrup–Anders Skaarup Rasmussen ended their run.
Sze Fei-Izzuddin will head to the French Open next week, hoping for better fortune.
