The First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, will on Friday, 23 October 2026, inaugurate the Headquarters of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement in Abuja.
The Movement said the event is a major step towards strengthening the movement’s nationwide grassroots mobilisation for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.
“The event will bring together leaders of the movement, political stakeholders, coordinators, supporters and other invited guests to mark the opening of the office, which will serve as a strategic centre for coordinating its activities in the Federal Capital Territory and supporting its national mobilisation programme.”
According to a statement by Comrade Sunday Adekanbi Asuku, the National Coordinator, PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, the Movement is convened by High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, who serves as its Grand Patron.
The movement is committed to taking the message of President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda directly to Nigerians through community-based engagement and sustained mobilisation.
In the statement, the Abuja office is expected to provide a platform for coordinating activities, strengthening communication among its various structures, supporting state and local government coordinators, and facilitating the movement’s outreach to communities across the country.
The National Coordinator of the movement, Comrade Sunday Adekanbi Asuku, said the inauguration would reinforce the organisation’s determination to build a strong and effective grassroots network capable of reaching voters across the country.
Its strategy is anchored on direct engagement with citizens, with members and coordinators expected to take the President’s message to households, markets, workplaces, religious centres and other gathering points.
The movement believes that sustained engagement at the grassroots will enable Nigerians to better understand the policies and programmes of the Tinubu administration, while providing opportunities for residents to express their views and concerns.
