Huss Valley Tier List for All Abilities Explained
So, once you used the Huss Valley codes to obtain the abilities, you might wonder how we ranked them in our tier list. The best abilities give you a useful advantage when you need it most.
Runners should focus on abilities that help them escape dangerous situations, while Chasers should pick options that make catching players easier. Here is our full Huss Valley tier list with the best abilities explained:
- Emergency Airhorn (S Tier): The Emergency Airhorn is clearly an S tier, as it blasts nearby Chasers and knocks them back. It comes in clutch if you are surrounded by many Chasers and you need space to keep moving.
- Rocket Shoes (S Tier): Rocket Shoes is another good ability that lets Chasers dash forward and close the gap between them and the runners. It can come in clutch if the runner is about to reach the crossing line and you need to tag them.
- Cloak (S Tier): Cloak makes you disappear for 3 seconds, giving you a chance to escape from tough situations. However, it comes with a few downsides, like you can get hit, nearby players can see you, and if you use an item, the invisibility effect ends. If you can time it well, you can escape the Chaser without getting noticed.
- Rufus’s Leash (A Tier): Rufus’s Leash lets Chasers throw a leash ahead and pull a Runner close to them. This ability feels like Roadhog’s hook from Overwatch 2, a little difficult to control, but if you hit a player, you can pull them closer for the final blow.
- Inflatable Decoy (A Tier): Once activated, this ability sends a decoy that runs straight ahead for 7 seconds. The decoy pops when the Chaser hits it. It’s a good distraction ability that can create space and confuse the Chasers.
- Pocket Door (A Tier): This ability lets you place a temporary door in front of you while running. This can block Chasers and give you extra time to escape and time to juke them. Though the Chasers can break it, it will still waste their time.
- Big Dagger (B Tier): Big Dagger doubles a Chaser’s melee reach for the next hit, but the effect expires after 5 seconds. It can help you catch a Runner who is close to you within that reach.
- One Hit Shield (B Tier): Once activated, you create a sphere around you that blocks the next hit. The only downside is that it lasts 0.75 seconds before breaking, so if your timing is off, you can get penalized quickly.
- Bowling Ball (C Tier): The Bowling Ball lets Chasers roll a ball to trip the Runners. If you hit the players directly, it can interrupt their movements and stun them. While it sounds like a good ability, it is easily avoidable.
- Bear Trap (D Tier): Bear Trap lets Chasers toss a trap up to 10 studs ahead. If you are lucky, a runner would step on it and get trapped in one place for half a second. The time may be less, but if your timing is good, you can make use of it. But by far, this is the weakest ability in the game.
