Michigan offensive lineman Andrew Babalola, who has not played this season but returned to practice this week, is listed as questionable for the upcoming game against Penn State.
The Wolverines (3-2, 0-2 Big Ten) play Penn State (3-3, 0-3) on Saturday, Oct. 17, coming off a bye. Michigan has lost back-to-back games to Iowa and Minnesota.
Also listed as questionable are starting edge rushers Dom Nichols and John Henry Daley, offensive line starters Jake Guarnera and Brady Norton and linebacker Aisea Moa. Receiver Kendrick Bell is doubtful. Two players are listed as probable: receiver Andrew Marsh and offensive guard Nathan Efobi.

Michigan head coach Kyle Whittingham on Monday, Oct. 12 seemed encouraged that Babalola, a tackle who missed his freshman season last year with a torn knee ligament suffered in preseason camp, will be ready to play again soon.
“It's been a big disappointment for us because we're really counting on him,” Whittingham said of Babalola missing the early part of this season. “He was cleared to play way back when, (then) he had a setback and then another setback. Hopefully, knock on wood, if we can keep him on the field, then he'll definitely have a chance to help us.”
Whittingham hinted this week that Michigan might be thin on the offensive line.
“It would really help us if (Babalola) can play, because we're really thin there,” Whittingham said.
