An Indian national and her husband have been charged before the Nakawa Magistrates Court over alleged illegal construction works and deviating from approved building plans in Kampala.
Batul Tinwala Sabunwala, 36, and her husband, Hakimuddin Sabunwala, 43, a businessman, appeared before Senior Principal Magistrate Sanula Nambozo on October 8, 2026. The couple, residents of Bukasa, Muyenga in Makindye Division, denied all the charges.
