Colombo, Oct. 19 (Daily Mirror) - Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has said that the injured wild tusker Agbo is safe and well, according to reliable information he received from wildlife sources.
In a post on X, Mr. Premadasa congratulated the Department of Wildlife Conservation officials and members of the armed forces who took part in the search operation to locate the elephant.
“AGBO is well and good, according to reliable information received from wildlife sources,” he said.
He also commended the wildlife officials and military personnel for their efforts, describing the search operation as a success.
