Horrifying footage captured a furious patient executing his dentist outside his office after he accused the doctor of leaving him with a loose tooth.
Ernesto Rascón, 30, gunned down his dentist, 42-year-old Amed de Jesús Preciado Hernández, on October 15 in Nogales, Mexico, according to the Criminal Investigation Ministerial Agency (AMIC).
Rascón, a US citizen from Prescott, Arizona, died just days later on Saturday during a raid after officials said he opened fire on law enforcement officers.
AMIC Commissioner Carlos Alberto Flores said the suspect had visited Hernández's office for several treatments before arriving on the day of the deadly ordeal, appearing agitated and demanding an appointment.
Rascón blamed Hernández for leaving him with a loose tooth, according to ministerial investigations.
However, the dentist was not available to treat him at the time, which made him even more furious.
Security camera footage allegedly showed Rascón waiting for Hernández to leave a hospital parking lot in the Kennedy neighborhood of Nogales.
Hernández is seen leaving the lot in his white Ford pickup truck before his killer walks toward the vehicle with a handgun.

The gunman fired several shots through the front windshield before making his way toward the driver's side door, firing even more rounds.
Commissioner Flores said that after the murder, officials gathered evidence to obtain an arrest warrant the following day.
The commissioner added that his agency worked with US authorities to help locate Rascón due to his American citizenship.
He was found at a home in the Ejidal 2 neighborhood of Agua Prieta, where officials tried to serve the arrest warrant but were met with gunfire.
Rascón grazed a state investigative agent on the head and wounded a municipal police officer in the left leg, an official confirmed to AZ Central.
The suspect was killed during the gun battle at the scene of the operation.
AMIC officers were assisted by municipal and state preventive forces, including the State Public Security Police, in carrying out the operation, according to the outlet.
