She explained the reason for her confession, saying, “Although the time isn’t enough to tell everything, I never intended to share everything from the start. There were beautiful moments and others that were not, people I’m grateful for, and some hard to understand.”
She candidly added, “I like beautiful things. I enjoy decorating myself, seeing beauty, and creating it, but I realized that wanting to become beautiful because I like it and having to exist in a way that looks good to others are different things. It took me quite a while to understand that difference.”

Roh Jisun continued, “I have changed now. I question things I once took for granted and have come to understand when I was wrong. There’s still much I don’t know, but I will keep changing. Still, I’m happy.”
She reiterated her feelings, saying, “This is probably the first and last time I will speak this much about the past. It’s not about persuading anyone or settling accounts with my past. I just wanted to leave my story in my own voice.”
Roh Jisun won Mnet’s audition program Idol School and made a dazzling debut in 2018 as part of the girl group fromis_9 but left the team in 2025.
