XRP

As a result, the token’s market cap hovered at $84.76 billion on Friday. Meanwhile, its 24-hour trading volume had plunged nearly 33% to $2.06 billion.
This crypto asset is likely to rally driven by institutional adoption. At the time of reporting, XRP Ledger (XRPL) saw its 30-day trading volume for Real World Assets (RWA) spike over 1,558% to $7.03 billion, based on updates from RWA.xyz.
Sui (SUI)
Among the top three cryptocurrencies to consider now is Sui (SUI), which powers a high-throughput layer one (L1) blockchain. At press time, SUI traded at $1.04, after capitulating over 60%, thereby reaching a market cap of $4.31 billion.
Over the past four months, the SUI network saw its total value locked (TVL), stablecoin market cap, and transactions grow. Specifically, this blockchain reported a TVL of $511.57 million and a stablecoin market cap of $500 million, based on metrics from DeFiLlama.
Gram (GRAM)
Gram (GRAM), previously Toncoin (TON), is among the top 3 cryptocurrencies to keep under review. At the time of publication, GRAM traded at $1.38, down roughly 37% over the last 12 months, as per data from CoinMarketCap.
The last time that GRAM revisited the $2 milestone was in May 2026 after the team renamed the token.
As a result, the top three cryptocurrencies to purchase on October 16 under $2 are XRP, SUI, and GRAM largely due to their strong fundamentals.
