Kiturami Group is unveiling heating, ventilation and air conditioning solutions for industrial sites including artificial intelligence data centers and nuclear power plants at the 18th Korea International Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Exhibition, known as HARFKO 2026.
The group said on the 21st that its three refrigeration and air conditioning affiliates — Kiturami Beomyang Cooling, Shinsung Engineering and Century — are taking part in HARFKO 2026 with a combined 65 booths. The show runs from the 21st through the 23rd at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. HARFKO is a trade exhibition dedicated to products and technologies in the HVAC and refrigeration sector.
With this year's exhibition focused on HVAC technology using AI and the Internet of Things, Kiturami Beomyang Cooling has organized its space around four themes: data center cooling systems, cooling towers, chillers and blowers. The company is showing a fan wall unit for air-cooled systems and a coolant distribution unit that supports liquid cooling for servers. It is also displaying a one-fourteenth scale model of the 3,500-refrigeration-ton cooling tower test facility at its Asan plant. Other exhibits include the single-width Beomyang-Chicago blower, which has been registered in the official product lineup of U.S. blower specialist Chicago Blower, and chillers using alternative refrigerants.
Shinsung Engineering is unveiling its new oil-free turbo chiller for the first time. The product suspends the compressor's rotating shaft using magnetic force, eliminating the need for lubricating oil and reducing energy losses from friction. Depending on operating conditions, it cuts energy use by up to 50% compared with conventional screw and turbo chillers. The company is also presenting a data center cooling solution that links server cooling to waste heat recovery, including a method of capturing server heat with a heat pump and reusing it for heating.
Century is exhibiting chillers for nuclear power plants, air-source heat pumps, a shipboard waste heat power generation system and AI-based equipment management technology. The nuclear plant chillers use refrigerants with low global warming impact and incorporate seismic design. The air-source heat pumps, which use R-290 refrigerant technology, span a lineup from small residential units to large commercial models.
The 100-kilowatt-class organic Rankine cycle generation system for shipboard waste heat recorded a generation efficiency of 12.8% and output of 103.2 kilowatts in certified testing by the Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials. Century also plans to demonstrate its AI equipment management system, Century Twin-Eye, on an 85-inch screen. The system analyzes vibration, video and operating data to detect compressor faults and early-stage fires.
"Based on the specialized technology and synergy of our three refrigeration and air conditioning affiliates, we will improve energy efficiency and operational stability and strengthen our competitiveness in domestic and overseas markets," an official at Kiturami Group said.
