He was taken into custody where he returned a secondary positive oral fluid test to cocaine and an alcohol concentration of 0.09 grams.

Police intercepted and spoke with the driver of the vehicle, a 39-year-old woman from Kaleen, and observed two young children seated in the vehicle.
The woman underwent alcohol and drug testing, returning a positive breath test which was later confirmed at 0.195 grams of alcohol per 210 litres of breath, a level four reading.
Her licence was immediately suspended for 90 days, and she will be summoned to appear in the ACT Magistrates Court at a later date charged with speeding and drink-driving, police said.
In a third incident, about 10.15pm on October 9, ACT Road Policing officers were conducting patrols in Narrabundah when they observed a cream-coloured Jeep Grand Cherokee travelling at an excessive speed on Hindmarsh Drive.
Police intercepted the vehicle and detected its speed at 144kmh in the signposted 80kmh zone.
Officers spoke with the driver, a 20-year-old man from NSW who held a NSW provisional driver's licence.
The man underwent alcohol and drug testing, returning positive roadside screening tests to both. He was taken into custody and conveyed to Woden Police Station where he underwent further testing.
His right to drive in the ACT was immediately suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was seized by police.
The driver was released from custody and will be summonsed at a later date to face the ACT Magistrates Court for multiple traffic offences, police said.
