A man covered in full-body tattoos is being sought after by police following an alleged disturbing sexual touching incident in Sydney’s Inner West.
Police were called to Ashfield Train Station at about 3.05pm on Sunday after they received reports of an alleged sexual touching.
Officers were told a man had “inappropriately touched” a 30-year-old woman.
An investigation has been launched, and investigators have since released CCTV footage of a man “who they believe may be able to assist with their inquiries”.
“The man depicted in the CCTV is described as being of caucasian appearance, aged in his 30s or 50s, medium build, bald, and with tattoos on his neck, arms and legs,” a police spokeswoman said.
“He was depicted in the footage wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, white shoes and had sunglasses on top of his head.”
