TAG Heuer has unveiled the Formula 1 Solargraph x Oracle Red Bull Racing, a 38mm special edition marking ten years of its partnership with the Formula 1 team. It costs $2,250, and exclusive early online access begins October 20, 2026.
Team colors on a compact case
TAG Heuer revived the Formula 1 line as the Solargraph in 2025, and this edition applies the team’s colors to the same compact design. The partnership began in 2016, and the watch carries the palette on a blue sunray-brushed dial with a red flange that holds the 60-second and minute scale. A yellow central seconds hand adds the third color, and the date window at three o’clock gets a yellow background. The black lacquered hands and indexes are filled with Super-LumiNova, which glows green in the dark.
The sandblasted stainless steel case measures 38 mm across, 10.2 mm thick, and 42 mm lug to lug, topped by a blue bidirectional TH-PolyLight bezel. A matching sandblasted three-row steel bracelet completes the look, and the watch shows hours, minutes, seconds, and date. The team branding sits on the back, where the screw-down steel caseback is engraved with the TAG Heuer and Oracle Red Bull Racing logos over a checkered flag pattern.
Solar power replaces the battery
Inside is the Calibre TH50-00 Solargraph, a solar quartz movement that charges from natural and artificial light. According to TAG Heuer, one minute of direct sunlight provides a full day of operation, and a full charge takes roughly 40 hours of light. A full charge lasts up to ten months in total darkness, and a fully drained watch restarts after 10 seconds of light. The rechargeable accumulator is designed to last up to 15 years. Other specifications include a flat sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment and 100 meters (10 bar) of water resistance.
Pricing and availability
The watch costs $2,250 in the US, €2,200 in Europe, £1,900 in the UK, and A$3,350 in Australia. TAG Heuer’s product pages list it as coming soon, with exclusive early online access beginning October 20, 2026, at 3 am EDT in the US, and opening times vary by region. It arrives in dedicated Oracle Red Bull Racing packaging, and TAG Heuer calls it a special edition.
