Police are continuing to probe the circumstances around the death of Presley Gerber after the model died at a treatment facility in Santa Monica last month.
The 27-year-old son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber was staying at Resolutions Living when emergency services were called.
Police have said his death is being investigated as a suspected overdose, while adding there is no indication of foul play.
Elsewhere, records obtained by TMZ show officers were also called to the facility in Los Angeles on February 18 to concerns that a female patient overdosed.
The woman was reportedly revived and later spoke with officers at the scene. There is no suggestion the incident was connected to Gerber’s death.
A brief statement on behalf of Gerber’s family has asked for privacy “during this very difficult and painful time”.

The woman who was reported to police in February is not thought to have still been at the centre on September 20, when Gerber died.
US rehab programs typically last around 30 days, but can be extended to 60 and 90-day programs for long-term recovery outcomes when required.
Presley was signed by IMG Models when he was 15 and modelled for brands including Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, and Bottega Veneta.
He had been open with his struggles in recent years, after he was arrested in 2019 for driving under the influence.

Gerber told the Studio 22 podcast in 2023: “[Mental health] is an issue. It is such a big part of my life. It’s a 24/7 job, and there’s so much to it.”
The model has launched a program called “Mental Health Mondays” on his Instagram account, where he spoke openly about his struggles in an attempt to help others.
In November last year, he wrote that he “had to step back and take care of my own mental health for a bit.”
