I KNOW people should be careful with their finances but it was sad to read about Lawrence Dallaglio selling his rugby heritage after he was declared bankrupt. The list of sale makes sorry reading and included:

£4,400 for 2004 Champions Cup Final winner’s medal
£2,800 for 1999 Union Cup Final winner’s medal
£7,500 for 2003 Six Nations Championship winner’s medal
£5,000 for 2007 Rugby World Cup Final runner’s-up medal
