A new two-storey mall is coming to Dubai

The two-storey shopping centre will feature 40 retail outlets and is expected to be completed within two years

Dubai is set to welcome a new community mall in Hind City, with the Dhs73 million project expected to be completed within two years. The project has been announced by Dubai’s Endowment and Minors’ Trust Foundation (Awqaf Dubai) in partnership with Voco Investments. The mall will span a 90,400-square-foot plot and feature two floors with 40 retail outlets.

When will the new mall open?

While construction plans have been announced, details about which shops, restaurants and other businesses will be moving in have yet to be revealed. More information about what visitors can expect inside the mall is expected to be shared at a later date.

More than just shopping

The development is designed to serve the community while generating income for endowment projects across Dubai. Proceeds from the mall will go towards supporting mosque affairs across the emirate.

What other malls are coming to Dubai?

Dubai has several more shopping destinations in the works. Ghaf Woods Mall will bring a forest-inspired shopping experience to the city, with openings planned in phases until 2031. Dubai Square is also planned for Dubai Creek Harbour, while Sobha Hartland Community Mall is expected to open in 2026.

Meanwhile, Mall of the Emirates is getting a major upgrade, with 100 new stores and additional dining and entertainment spaces planned by 2027.
