Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 116.75 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 718 cusecs and a discharge of 400 cusecs. In Vaigai dam, the level was 43.77 ft. (71 ft.) with an inflow of 696 cusecs and discharge of 86 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 3,023.34 mcft.
